Transition to Work is a place where young Tasmanians aged 15–21 can work on landing a job, entering training or finishing Year 12. Transition to Work is located in Hobart, Glenorchy, Huonville, New Norfolk and Sorell, with outreach to all other areas of Southern Tasmania. It’s a great place to get great work.
