About the Role

Colville Place provides short-term accommodation for young people aged between 12 and 15 years who may not have a safe place to stay.

Our Residential Youth Coaches have a critical role in supporting the amazing people aged 12-15 years who reside with us. Colville Place promotes healthy relationships and supports young people to engage with education and to develop living skills, emotional resilience, interpersonal skills and to reconnect with family where appropriate.

At Colville Place we work from an Advantaged Thinking approach and believe that everyone has a talent, the ability to be someone positive in life. With the right set of opportunities and support, we can identify and harness everyone’s talent for personal and social good. During a young person’s time at Colville Place they can focus on their goals so they can reach their potential.
