1. SERVICE QUALITY
To provide quality services through innovation, integrated service delivery and effective external partnerships.

We will develop an integrated assessment and referral system for Colony 47 services.
We will review and develop inter-agency and intra-agency protocols (including Memorandums of Understanding and Service Level Agreements) and networks.
Our services and service development will be informed by reflection, research and continuous improvement.

2. STAFF
We continue to create a sense of enjoyment and contentment around a flexible workplace.

We will tailor internal policies and frameworks to achieve a more a flexible workplace.
An effective internal communications strategy for our staff and volunteers will be developed.
We will foster a culture of fun/enjoyment through celebration, rewards and acknowledgement.

3. FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY
To be a sustainable and resilient organisation that enhances and supports client services.

Our corporate alliances, strategic alliances and external partnerships will be strengthened and new ones developed.
We will develop our people's capability within a business framework culture.
Our services and service development will be informed by reflection, research and continuous improvement.

4. PROFILE
To promote Colony 47 through a clear and defined identity.

The Colony 47 Brand will be reviewed and improved. It will be supported by the development of a marketing/profile plan.
We will develop an external communications strategy:
Media
General community
Business community
Friends of Colony 47
We will refine internal and external branding and marketing tools.

5. INFRASTRUCTURE CAPABILITY
Continue to create and provide an effective, efficient and viable infrastructure.

We will review and re-align our IT plan and upgrade our physical IT resources.
We will improve our physical accommodation, and our infrastructure resources to support service delivery.
Our HR and quality policies and systems will be streamlined and made simpler.
