  • Colony Assistance $ervice for Housing (CA$H) provides assistance for people on low to moderate incomes to either access or maintain private rental accommodation.

  • The Direct Tenancy Program (DTP) provides tenancy support for young people 16-25 years who have relocated from their rural home because they are unable to access employment and training at home.

  • The Colony Outreach Support Service (COSS) is a crisis support and case management program.

  • MARA House is 24 hour supported accommodation for young women 13-18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

  • Moving On Property A Colony 47 Housing program that delivers the highest quality Real Estate service with all proceeds raised directed towards supporting Tasmanians in need.
